A Paradise for Young Explorers

With our young children aged 3 and 5, we were delighted to have a pleasant experience at Hotel Neon. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our family felt welcome and comfortable. The spacious ensuite room was perfect for our little ones to play and relax, equipped with satellite TV and a fridge for our convenience. The affordable and tasty food at the restaurant was a hit with both adults and picky eaters. In terms of value for money, Hotel Neon exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose to stay here again as a family.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for young children.

The breakfast served in the restaurant was excellent, and there is onsite parking available near the airport!

Sunny balcony was a bonus. Bastion is just a short distance away.

The hotel had friendly staff, free parking and was close to shopping areas. The room was spacious with satellite TV and mini-fridge.

The hotel had a prime location, close to many supermarkets and just a short distance away from the city center. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Another advantage we enjoyed was the free private parking, which was a real bonus.

The stairs were uneven in height, so we had to be careful when using them. there was no room service for food or drink, and there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Despite being beside a main road, I slept well. The aircon was great in a heatwave. The hotel was super clean and well cared for. Free wifi worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and ultra helpful. Restaurant served tasty, reasonably priced food. The ensuite room was warm, spacious, and comfy, with satellite TV and fridge. Good connection to the city center.

Hotel Neon offered free Wi-Fi, which was a lifesaver for my Instagram addiction. The staff was surprisingly helpful, even bringing me coffee to my room when I couldn't be bothered to go to the nonexistent room service. The location was decent, especially for my shopping spree at Iulius mall.

The bathroom was so narrow, it felt like a tightrope act. And don't even get me started on the unheated, dilapidated shower cabin - it was like a trip back in time.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and abundant with plenty of choices. The location was quite convenient, as it was close enough to the city center to be within walking distance. Another plus was the cleanliness of the room and the common areas, making the hotel feel both comfortable and safe to stay in.

The noise level in and around the hotel was unbearable, especially during the night. The thin walls made it difficult to sleep peacefully, as we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. In addition, the air conditioning unit was quite outdated and noisy, making it difficult to regulate the temperature in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located, with several guests mentioning its proximity to the nearby shopping mall and city center. previous guests appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, tasty on-site restaurant, and friendly staff.

There were a few minor complaints about bathroom amenities and breakfast options, with some guests noting rooms lacked tea/coffee facilities or that the bathroom was small and uncomfortable.
